‎The purpose of the final ceremony and thanksgiving is to appreciate the Almighty God for life well spent by our father PA Ayo Samuel ADEWOYE AFOLAYAN and to pay tribute to the life of the deceased, reflect on the impact he's made, and say a final goodbye.


‎Biography of Late Pa Ayoola Samuel Lambe Adewoye Afolayan


‎Late Pa Ayoola Samuel Lambe Adewoye Afolayan was born in Iji-Isin, Isin Local Government Area of Kwara State, about eighty-two years ago, into the family of Pa Daniel Idowu Afolayan Adewoye of Ile Oba Adesunloye, Ile Loke Compound. His mother was Mrs. Elizabeth Dada Afolayan Adewoye of Oke Opopo Compound, Iji-Isin.



‎Early Life

‎Pa Ayoola Samuel Lambe Adewoye Afolayan grew up in Iji-Ijara Isin as a farmer under his father's tutelage. After his mother's demise in November 1958, his father asked him to live with his sister call iya Alabi who married to Ile bale in pamo isin before he was ask to live with his mother's siblings, late Mrs. Abiola Aweni Adefila, who cared for him and his brother David Bamidele Afolayan Adewoye.


‎Education

‎Pa Ayoola Samuel Lambe Adewoye Afolayan began his primary education late at First Baptist Centre Primary School, Iji-Isin, where he trekked from Ijara to Iji, Monday to Friday. He was the school football captain and won many awards.


‎Career

‎After primary school, he assisted his father in his cocoa farm work in Aba Jacob, Oyo (now Osun). Later, he moved to Kaduna to stay with his brother, late Pa Joel Ayinla Afolayan Adewoye, where he learned photography from Sunny Photo Studio.


‎Marital Life

‎Pa Ayoola Samuel Lambe Adewoye Afolayan was betrothed to marry Mrs. Bolanle Mary Afolayan Adewoye (née Bello) of Ile Bale Compound, Pamo Isin. The union was blessed with a son in Kaduna before they relocated to Ilorin, Kwara State.


‎ Spiritual Life

‎Pa Ayoola Samuel Lambe Adewoye Afolayan was a devoted Christian who served God in various capacities. He was a member of the choir at First Baptist Church, Iji-Isin, he worship God in Baptist Church Aba Jacob before he relocated to Kaduna where he worship with Ebenezer Baptist Church kakuri and later joined Emmanuel Baptist Church, Sabo-Oke Ilorin ,a member of Gideon society of the church and vice chairman of first Baptist Church iji isin ilorin Branch while late chief Awoniyi was the chairman they both served community meritoriously,late Pa Samuel Afolayan popular night sang is ka to sun olugbala wa fun wa ni ibukun ale


‎ Family Life

‎Pa Ayoola Samuel Lambe Adewoye Afolayan was a disciplinarian who valued truth and perfection. He loved his siblings dearly, and they farmed together in Pari/Quarry along Kunlende Kangile Road.


‎Career Life

‎Pa Ayoola Samuel Lambe Adewoye Afolayan worked with the Ministry of Education, assisting students in securing admission to various schools. He also helped people secure employment and later transferred to Mass Literacy and Adult Education.


‎Life in Ilorin

‎As a photographer, he formed Bibire Co-operative Society, where many lives benefited from his service to humanity. He was an honest and straightforward person.


‎Hobbies and Dislikes

‎His hobbies included singing, storytelling, and farming. He disliked laziness, sluggishness, and untidiness.


‎Pa Ayoola Samuel Lambe Adewoye Afolayan lived a good life, remembered for his good works. He is survived by children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. To God be all the glory, Hallelujah!


‎Testimony

‎To the glory of God late pa  Samuel  Afolayan during his lime  he  didn't joke  with community issus also if  come across any sons and daughters of the community s he make sure he assist the person for instance  when i finished  my  secondary in 1980 with God on our side he make  sure i was among staff employed  that time and many others late pa Afolayan has good relationship in office , may his soul rest in peace good by Oba  Samuel  b Aboyeji
